What type of flooring do you offer?

All carpet types, hardwood flooring, vinyl plank/tile, laminate floors, ceramic and porcelain tile, vinyl flooring and custom area rugs.

Do you sell area rugs?

We make beautiful custom area rugs any size or shape from any carpet of your choosing, this is mostly done with our patterned and print carpets. We can special order area rugs from some of the top rug makers such as Karastan & Nourison. We do not stock area rugs in our showrooms. Most custom area rugs will start at about $250.00 & go up.

How long does it take to have my new floor installed?

For most of our flooring products, you should expect us to begin work 7 – 10 days from the time you place your order. Our flooring that we stock is usually 1-3 days lead time. Once the installation crew begins, the time frame depends on the type of flooring, size of the job and conditions that exist at your home. Most carpet jobs take 1 day to complete. Hard surface jobs can take longer, usually 1-4 days.

Will you move my furniture?

Yes! We will do the heavy lifting. We will have you remove your breakables and smaller items. We move all forms of standard furniture, there are a few specialty items such as pool tables and baby grand pianos that will require a separate company to move for an additional charge. Will you install flooring not purchased from Carpet One Floor & Home?

We are a full service flooring company offering complete installation on all products we sell, however, we cannot install flooring that was not purchased from us.

Do you require payment in advance?

Although, most dealers and the big box companies will require full payment in advance, we only require a 50% deposit to place the order and begin the work. The final 50% will be due when the installation is completed.

Do you charge for measuring?

The standard charge for measuring at most companies is $100 or more. At Carpet One Floor & Home we do not charge for measuring or estimates!

How do I get started?

Although our web site will offer a place to begin gathering information and inspiration. We recommend you visit one of our showrooms to begin the process. One of our knowledgeable sales associates will assist you in selecting a beautiful floor. We will evaluate your needs and find the best floor for you!

Do you allow samples to be taken home?

Absolutely we do, we understand the importance of seeing the flooring samples in your own home and in your own lighting. We have large samples that we check out to our customers so they can get the best idea of how it will look in their home.
